Dark Cut Video Walkthrough and Review

Here's a video walkthrough of Dark Cut. Hope it helps and I apologize for the low quality and lack of sound. Beating this game will get you 15 points and a shiny new badge.

Dark Cut Review
Well, this game is about being a doctor in medieval times. You use the simplest of tools to cure three patients. The first patient has an arrow in his leg, the second has the bubonic plague, and the third is a vampire. This game requires timing for a few operations, but, for the most part, it's pretty easy. The game involves using your primitive tools (knife, hammer, simple stuff) to follow a line of stars in order to complete a task, like sewing a wound up. It's not complicated, nor hard, but the tasks in the game that involve timing may trouble some people. But don't worry, after a few tries, you'll get it. Besides that, Dark Cut is an interesting, while equally disturbing and sickening game, which brings a unique way to play a game. If I had to compare it to a game on a platformer, Dark Cut is very similar to the Trauma Center games, especially Under the Knife. It's very graphic and short. Upon winning the game, you're left with either a good feeling or a stomach ache. The music is a bit disturbing as well, especially if you listen to what the girl is saying. There are no sound effects in Dark Cut, and thank goodness. I'd rather not hear scraping, screaming, and slushing sounds to go along with these disturbing visuals. Overall, Dark Cut is an original game with a creative idea, with a great presentation and execution. Only problems: Too short, pretty easy, and only good for one playthrough once you've beaten it. The game definitely suffers for its low replay value and lack of sound.
